I am also a member of WAHI (Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors). All home inspections will be done electronically and e-mailed to the client. Printed reports are available upon request.

  The Inspection Process Minimize

Every inspection is different in their own unique way, but each is an in-depth but non-invasive examination of the structure and operating components of the home. Bruce, the owner, will conduct each inspection and is properly trained and licensed with 23 years of knowledge in home construction and inspection.

A typical inspection usually lasts about 2-4 hours, depending on many different variables. With a Statz Inspection Services, LLC inspection, you are invited to attend the inspection with Bruce step by step. Please feel free to ask questions; they are welcomed and will be answered as thoroughly as possible.
